I teach people how to direct AI, not just ask it questions.
I am Gerald Ho. I currently lead digital marketing at a Singapore agency, after 26 years in IT and digital marketing. I understand technical work, marketing pressure, client expectations, and the gap between a demo and something useful.

Why I teach this
I enjoy connecting the dots.
My work has always sat between systems, marketing, clients, and execution. The habit is the same across all of them: understand the technical side well enough to ask better questions, then turn the answer into work people can use: reports, campaigns, websites, workflows, summaries, automations, and clearer decisions.
Claude Code, Kimi, Codex, and similar CLI agents reward the same habits I have built over 26 years: give context, break the work down, plan before acting, and review the result. That is the part I teach. No theatre. No shortcuts. Just working discipline.
Brand experience
I have worked across big names, small teams, in high-pressure business environments.
Over the years, I have worked with large and small organizations, including Pfizer, P&G, J&J, Logitech, and Microsoft. That experience has taught me one thing: training cannot stay theoretical when every team has different tools, deadlines, and comfort levels with technology.

You do not need to be technical. You do need to be willing to slow down, think clearly, and practise. If you only want a prompt cheat sheet, this is not the right training.
