Case 01: Photography Studio
From shoot to live site, in a single session.
Flashbob Studio needed a better way to present event shoots and client galleries. In a single session, we set them up on Claude Code, built a couple of beautiful websites to present the work, and deployed them live.
Then we turned the process into a reusable skill that lets them fine-tune the narrative and design theme of each site based on the photos themselves and the story they want to tell. By the end of the night, they had live sites, a repeatable workflow, and a new service they could offer clients.
Case 02: Community Services Centre
$30k quoted. Built in one night.
NRCS manages programs, volunteers, and members across a community services centre. Off-the-shelf CRMs did not fit the way they worked, and custom solutions were quoted at up to $30,000 before maintenance.
We covered the Claude Code basics, then used the rest of the session to build and test a custom CRM around their programs and membership structure. By the end of the evening, they had a functional CRM catered to their needs.
Case 03: Brand new to AI
From total beginners to building on their own, in one evening.
James and Amy (not their real names, they asked to stay anonymous) came in new to AI tools. By the end of one session they were running Claude Code in the desktop app and using it for real work on their own.
